I got a new toy last week: the QCast Tuner.
Using a PS2 and an ethernet adapter, it lets me watch video from my computer on my living room TV. The other neato thing is that it's using a wireless ethernet bridge to do it. It's digital video over wireless, and it actually works.
BroadQ, the maker of QCast Tuner, earned an article the NYT. My friend Henry works there, and they're based here in Austin. That makes them twice as cool as they would be otherwise.
