Vanderlande Industries. I don't know all of the details of course, but it certainly looks like his M.O.:

Chevalier, aka "Diamond Dave", lived the high life and
raked in tens of thousands of dollars in expenses
claimed during his year as President with Vanderlande
Industries. During this time he brought in very
little business and was eventually fired. Do you need
anything specific to add to your DC portfolio?
The sad (or funny) part is that so many people predicted this would happen. I'm trying to curtail my cynicism and this is not helping.
