What should you give to your 27-year old for Chirstmas? The same thing you gave him when he was 7. That's always going to be a safe bet. At this age, he's probably able to support himself and doesn't need or want any more ties.
My parents, bless their hearts, got on eBay and found a Hopping Hoomdorm, one of Tomy's Space Pets from the early eighties. They got my brother one of the others from that series. They also got me the plastic Godzilla with the shooting fist and tongue of fire. I remember not opening any other presents the first time I got it back in '82. This time they will not be destroyed by blackcats and M-80s.
The kicker though, was what they got my sister:
Growing Up Skipper. When you turn her arm (the doll, not my sister), she grows taller and gains a few bra sizes.
