Yeah, I wrote this piece of crap from scratch.
Just a bunch of files.
Like it matters.

Efficiency of Big Plans
Here's a song I recorded in the garage earlier this evening: Big Plans (0.9MB). I play bass, drums and guitar on it.

Last time I posted a song, it was accompanied by some meandering personal philosophy. This time, I'm going to accompany it with some meandering calculations. Big Plans was recorded on 5 tracks (2 for drums, 2 for guitar and 1 for bass). The song length of the final recording is 1 minute, 17 seconds (77 seconds). Assuming I spent 0 seconds between takes, the absolute minimum time to record this is 385 seconds. The real time it took me to record this was about 1 hour and 15 minutes (4500 seconds). This song was recorded at 4500 time-recording-seconds/385 time-playing-seconds. This song was produced at 8.5% recording efficiency.
